I had several bids for this part of the project. I settled on Trademark AC & Sheet Metal for a couple of reasons. The clinching factor was that I've known Alan Brown for many years and know him to be a honest, meticulous man. Due to the extra load of the heat, we need to add an outside service box. I've got to say, these guys did a terriffic job, in an quick manner and very professionally.

The HVAC folks did do a great job.

The electricians however were another challenge. When I arrived the morning they were starting, there were 4 guys there, and another arrived shortly - 5 in all. Sounds like a City work crew. It was a 2 man job at best, and it took two days to complete

Plus they wired the HVAC outside cutoff box to a direct short, cut off the hall, bedroom, and bathroom light circuit, and wired the dining room light direct so the switch no longer turned it off.

After several visits, they did finally get it right (I basically told them what needed to be done & they did it).
