Again, the color picks were a collaborative effort of lots of the family - Gwen, Sara, Josh, Chelsea, Fran, and Deedee, plus Poo.

Once the foundation work was done, we had to began repairing the split sheetrock. Fortunately, there was not as much as I anticipated which made Robert's job a bit easier, and expedited the wallboard repair somewhat.

This phase started September 12th 2005.

Living and Dining rooms.
Robert (the painter) was EXTREMELY careful when removing the chandelier in the living room.
Hallway from back door.
Hallway to
Ocean & Daffodil rooms.
Sea Breeze bedroom.

Ocean bedroom.
This room had the most termite damage. The north and east walls both had a couple of studs that were almost "hollow". The glue between the sheetrock and the paper had been entirely eaten away.
Daffodil bedroom.
While I thought this room would have the worst termite damage, there was no stud damage, and little sheetrock damage.
Hall & Stairwell.
Violet bedroom.
Again, I thought this would have extensive termite damage. Not so.
Kitchen.
Initially we started with just replacing water damaged sheetrock. Then I began adding electrical outlets and ceiling lights, then - well that's another web page!
